The list of DHS surveys in Zambia.

For the 2001/02 survey, the GPS data is available. But quite a few clusters lack the GPS code. It is not possible to match these clusters with other kinds of GIS data.

The GPS data file for the 2001/02 contains data entry errors as follows:

For cluster number 50, ADM3CODE should be 39.

Cluster 50 is in Kamphemba ward (see ADM4NAME). According to the list of 2006 local government candidates by ward on the Electoral Commision of Zambia's website, Kamphemba is a ward in Chama North constituency whose code is 39. Superimposing the cluster GPS code on the Zambian constituency boundary GIS data (downloaded from http://www.sahims.net/gis) confirms this.

For cluster number 104, ADM3CODE should be 39; and ADM3NAME should be "Chama North".

Cluster 104 is in Mwalala ward (see ADM4NAME). According to the list of 2006 local government candidates by ward on the Electoral Commision of Zambia's website, Kamphemba is a ward in Chama North constituency whose code is 39. Superimposing the cluster GPS code on the Zambian constituency boundary GIS data (downloaded from http://www.sahims.net/gis) confirms this.
