The data includes the names of finance ministers and heads of custom agencies for 19 countries (Argentina, Burkina Faso, Belarus, Bolivia, Cote d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Congo-Brazzaville, Colombia, Georgia, Indonesia, Kenya, Madagascar, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Congo-Kinshasa).
