Demirguc-Kunt and Detragiache (2005) report the years of banking crisis across countries during 1980-2002. See Table 2 for raw data.
Laeven and Valencia (2008) "Systemic Banking Crises: A New Database" (IMF Working Paper Working Paper No. 08/224) present a database on the timing of systemic banking crises and policy responses to resolve them during 1970-2007.
