The World Bank has conducted several waves of its Living Standards Measurement Surveys in Peru. The 1985, 1991, and 1994 waves are downloadable for free at the World Bank website. The 1990 wave is only conducted in Lima, which is also downloadable.
The 1997 wave does not seem to be downloadable, however. Field (2007) uses it to create a panel data by combining it with the March 2000 urban household survey conducted by the Peruvian government.
