Malapportionment
Samuels and Snyder (2001) develop a way to calculate malapportionment (the degree to which the one-voter-one-vote principle breaks down due to a different number of voters in each constituency electing one MP, etc.) and report a cross-sectional data for lower houses (Table 3) and for upper houses (Table 5) in 78 countries in the 1990s.
