Mexican Migration Project

The Mexican Migration Project (MMP) has conducted cross-sectional surveys of about 200 households (randomly sampled) in each Mexican community. Survey years differ from community to community. Retrospective history of migration and labor market outcomes is collected. Therefore, you can construct a panel data, as Munshi (2003) did to investigate the network effect on employment.
