International Energy Annual provides annual data since 1980 on energy consumption and production; production, consumption, export and import of petroleum, natural gas, coal, and electricity; reserves of crude oil and natural gas; oil prices; carbon dioxide emissions.
Compiled by the Energy Information Administration (a US government agency).
Data on exports and imports of crude oil and refined petroleum products is used by Collier and Goderis (2007) to construct the dummy variables for net oil exporting and importing countries.
